Camp Go operates throughout all the school holidays including February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term, Summer, October Half Term, and Christmas.
-
Camp Go welcomes children from all schools and countries. We accept children from 3-12 years old. To ensure their safety and well-being, participants should have a basic understanding of English to communicate with staff and follow instructions.
-
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept children who are not fully toilet trained and out of nappies or pull-ups. We understand that accidents can happen, so if your child occasionally needs an extra set of clothes, please provide them, and inform one of our onsite staff.
-
Yes, after lunch between 1:00–2:00 pm, we are able to offer a nap time for children who need it. If your child requires a nap, please let the Camp Manager know on the first day of camp, and we will be happy to accommodate this.
-
Drop-off and collection times may vary depending on location. Our drop-off time is from 8:30am to 9:15am, and collection is between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. Please be aware that additional fees will apply if collection occurs after 5:30pm (see terms and conditions for more information).

What to bring…
• Packed lunch and snacks for the morning and afternoon breaks (please note that we have a no-nut policy at camp).
• Refillable drinks bottle.
• Appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear.
• Change of clothes for little ones.
• Swimming kit and towel for water activities should be brought in every day, although it may not always be needed.
• Sun cream and sun hat in hot weather (please apply sun cream before arrival).

What not to bring…
• Money and valuables.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices. We understand that some older children who may be travelling alone to and from camp will need to bring a mobile phone, however, the use of mobile phones is not allowed while at camp. Any child bringing a phone must store it safely with their personal belongings.
Camp Go does not accept any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal items or clothing.
-
Children are grouped with others of a similar age. The number of groups we have varies depending on the number of children attending and their ages. The typical age groups are 3-5, 6-7, 8-9 and 10-12 years old. Camp Go reserves the right to determine group placement for all children.
-
If your child would like to be placed in the same group as a sibling or friend, please let us know prior to the first day of camp. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be possible. Please also note that siblings are not automatically grouped together.
-
Each day has 6 activities, each lasting 45 minutes long. We offer a wide range of activities which vary day-to-day. Throughout the day, there is a short morning break, a lunch break, and a short afternoon break. Visit our Camp Programmes Page to see our example timetables.
-
All timetables are planned with a wet weather alternative, which means that most activities can proceed indoors. While some activities may not be suitable for indoor settings, we'll make every effort to reschedule them later in the week.
-
When booking, please provide as much detail as possible about medical conditions and medication. If your child requires medication to be administered to them during camp, you will be asked to complete a Medical Administration Form on their first day. This will detail the medication being kept onsite and how often it should be given.
-
There is always at least one qualified paediatric first aider on site who is trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. Accidents are documented on an "Accident Form," which you will be asked to sign during collection. In the event of a more serious accident or incident, we will contact you by phone.
-
Please email info@campgo.pt if you need to cancel a booking. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the start date of your booking. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply to cover costs incurred when your booking was processed. Alternatively, full credit can be issued for future use. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the booking start date.
-
If for any reason your child is unable to attend camp, please inform us as soon as possible. You can call us on (+351) 937 459 667 or email info@campgo.pt. If your child is ill please do not bring them to camp until they are well and have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours to ensure illness or infection does not spread at camp. Unfortunately, if your child cannot attend camp due to illness or injury, we will not be able to offer a refund.
-
We welcome children with special needs and are happy to work with parents/carers to ensure the child can join in as much as possible and have an amazing time. However, please be aware that we cannot offer one-to-one support. If your child has their own carer, they may accompany them to camp, subject to our usual safeguarding checks. For inquiries regarding support for your child, please email info@campgo.pt.
